I For First year admission

Pass in +2/PDC or equivalent with 50 % aggregate for general and 40 % for SC/ST candidates in one of the following group of subjects:

a. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology

b. Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology

c. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science and candidates must have appeared for either Tamilnadu Professional Course Entrance Examination (TNPCEE) conducted by Anna University or All India Common Entrance Test (AICTE) for Medical and Engineering courses.

II For Direct second year admission (Lateral Entry)

Pass in Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

Duration of course:

The course of B.Pharma course is a period of four academic years. The curricula and syllabi for the course will be prescribed from time to time by The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai
