GRANTS RECEIVED
Several grants were received from major funding agencies like All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, Tamil Nadu Pharmaceutical Sciences Welfare Trust (TNPSWT) and Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST) by our staff and students to carry out their research works.
To further strengthening of research, the institute is actively involving in signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with various Hospitals, Industries and with other Academic institutions.

Entrepreneurship and Management Development Cell
The All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, has granted Rs.3 lakh as non-recurring and Rs.1 lakh as recurring expenditure for establishing an EMD Cell in our college. The coordinator of the cell is Dr.K.Ruckmani M.Pharm., Ph.D., Professor and Principal, and the co-coordinator of the cell is Prof. T.N.K. Suriyaprakash M.Pharm.
Objectives of proposed centre
- To create an environment for self-employment and entrepreneurship development through various programmes.
2. To introduce the concept of entrepreneurship in curricula at diploma levels.
3. To develop management personnel at appropriate levels for the non-corporate and unorganised sectors like education, rural development, small-scale industry etc.
4. To promote employment opportunities and inculcate entrepreneurship in the minds of the students
